Born and raised in Punta Arenas, Maca has built her professional career inspired by Patagonia. She spent ten years living and working in Torres del Paine, an experience that gave her a broad perspective of the hospitality industry. Working across a variety of roles, she developed a deep appreciation for creating memorable experiences through genuine, personalized service.

For the past eleven years, she has been part of ALE, where she brings her experience, dedication, and genuine passion for sharing the essence of Chile's southernmost region with every guest who visits this remarkable destination.

Outside of work, Maca finds inspiration in nature. Hiking and horseback riding are an essential part of her life, allowing her to reconnect with what matters most. She also enjoys reading, watching films, and spending time with friends over a glass of wine or a gin and tonic. For her, these simple moments reflect the privilege of living and working in one of the world's most extraordinary places.
