John is ALE’s Human Resources Manager, supporting our seasonal and fulltime workers around the globe. He believes a positive employee experience translates into a great experience for our Guests and uses his strong HR background to achieve this outcome. John is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he teaches Human Resources in the College of Business. Before moving to a career in Human Resources, John worked as a wilderness canoe guide, backpacking guide, and wilderness trip leader.
